Cant get auto import feature to work and my time is more valuable than to wait for email support. Phone support would be so much more effective with instant two way dialog.

It is a very useful app It helps organize my trips in one single view

Cant imagine trying to travel without it now. It keeps everything together and available without having to rely upon emails or paper files.

The basic app works well for me. I am more than an occasional traveler but not constantly traveling. Even on multi-leg trips, Tripit has more than met my needs to keep all the information I need. Automatic uploads from email works fine. I use Flighttracker to get gate changes, flight status updates etc. works well in tandem with tripit.

Wish it would update the itineraries for free but otherwise pretty great. Parses most emails. Simple to use.

Great App for your average traveler! Stays current with OS and updates.

I really enjoy this app and have shared it with friends and relatives and we use it to stay connected when were traveling. I highly recommend this for families.

Update the interface! The app has great substance but it is poorly delivered. After locking Mobiata out of using TripIt integration the least you could need it create a decent looking app that is formatted for all Apple devices. It is still not formatted for iPhone 6 or 6s yet. Come on!

Tripit is a disappointment. Cannot send itinerary to email on file. One of many reasons may be that I want to do this if spouses share an email. When emailing itinerary to someone you want to just VIEW it, the program automatically opens an account for them requiring them to create a login to view any changes you make. You CANNOT send another email to someone you have already sent an email too as they must create an account to see changed data. It should not FORCE people to create accounts that you want to just have your trip data. I suspect Tripit is collecting emails to sell and send junk mail too. You cannot create a report within an app. Only using a PC and then print to printer or PDFs. You cannot change your login email and delete the original email with ease. Added a email and now I can open up same account with either email and same password for both. Should allow me to change login email EASILY!! Tried to add an email and said I already had an account with it. I dont. Wanted me to merge with that email but cant as never setup account and no password. So cannot use that email. Not sure where trip data is stored and who gets to see it outside me. Vague about that. Cannot add just a travelers name. Must have a email and account setup. Spouse/kids may not have or want account.

Great app with solid functionality and good ease of use in the go. Pro feature Seat Tracker has saved me from nightmare seat assignments on multiple occasions. Been a TripIt user for 5 years now.

Love this app. Super simple to add reservations.

Tripit is the best app Ive ever used to put all the details of a trip together - flights, hotels, rental cars, attractions, etc. The itinerary renders nearly perfect and serves as an excellent trip book. Highly recommended for both personal and business travel.

Really!

I cant have the app open for more than three seconds before it auto closes and boots me to my home screen. Doesnt work even a little. Would absolutely not recommend.
